ORDER
New Delhi, the 31st January, 1984
S.O. 46(E).-—Whereas a vacancy has occurred in the office of the Presiding Officer of the National Industrial Tribunal, Bombay constituted by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour No. S.O. 90(E) dated 12-2-1980 published at pages 273 to 274 of Part II, section 3, sub-section (in of the Gazette of India Extraordinary dated the 12th Feb- ruary 1980, and No. S.O. 316(E), dated 11-5-1982 published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part-II, section 3(ii) dated 11-5-1982;
Now, therefore, in pursuance of the provisions of section 8 of rhe Industrial Disputes Act 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri R. D. Tulpule as the Presiding Officer of the said National Industrial Tribunal, Bombay.
