NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 31st January, 1984
S.O. 47(E).—Whereas a vacancy has occurred in the office of presiding Officer of the National Industrial Tribunal, Bombay constituted by the Order or' the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour No. S.O. 2213 dated 26-7-1980 published at page 2817 of part II section 3, sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India dated the 9th August, 1980 and notifica- tion No. S.O. 553(E) dated 3-8-1982 published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, part II, section 3(ii) dated 3-8-1982.
Now, therefore, in pursuance of the provisions ot section $, of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri R. D. Tulpule as the Presid- ing Officer of the said National Industrial Tribunal, Bombay.
