2 THE GAZITTTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART H ^ S B C. 3(ii)](Legislative Department) No. 4j3|73-Wak£ dated the 30th December, 1975 [published as notifi- cation No. S.O. 247, dated the 30th December, 1975 in the Gazette of India, Part II—Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 17th January, 1976], the Central Government hereby extends the period of supersession of the Punjab Watf Board specifi- ed in the notifications of the Government of In- dia in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, (Legislative Department) No. S.O. 796(E) dated the Hth November, 1981, No. S.O. 68(E) dated the 9th February, 1982 and No. S.O. 105 (E) dated the 9th February, 1983. read with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affair* No. S.O. 288(E) dated the 11th April, 1983, by a further period of one year on and from the 1 lth February, 1984 and directs that until further or- ders, all the powers and duties which may, by or under the provisions of the said Act, be exercised or performed by or on behalf of the Punjab Wakf Board, shall continue to be exercised and per- formed by Shri Naseem Ahmed, Director of Agri- culture, Government of Haryana.
