का. आ. 65 (ब)/ 18/ कक/ आई डी आर ए/ 84 .-भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय (औद्योगिक विकास विभाग) के बादेश सं . 65 (अ) /18कक/आई डी आर ए/ 78 तारीख 4 फरवरी , 1978 द्वारा (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है) आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य के श्रीकाकूलन जिले के बोबिली में चीनी विनिर्माण करने वाले मैसर्स श्रीराम शुगर्स एण्ड इण्डस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड के एकक का (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उपक्रम कहा गया है) प्रबन्ध, उद्योग (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनयम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 18 - कक की उपधारा ( 1) के खंड (ख) के अधीन , उक्त आदेश के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए ग्रहण किया गया था और निजाम शुगर फैक्ट्री लिमिटेड को उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबंध ग्रहण करने के प्राधिकृत किया गया था; उक्त औद्योगिक
बौर भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय (औद्योगिक विकास विभाग) के क्रमशः आदेश स . का . आ. 901(अ) , तारीख 21 नवम्बर , 1980; का . आ. 619(अ) , तारीख 3 अगस्त , 1981 ; का. मा. 549(अ) , तारीख 2 अगस्त , 1982 ; का. आ. 83(अ) /18 कक/ आई डी आर ए/ 83 , तारीख 2 फरवरी , 1983 और का . बा . 54/7(अ)/ 18कक/ आई डी आर ए/83 , तारीख 2 अगस्त , 1983 द्वारा उक्त आदेश 2 अगस्त, 1984 तक की , 1370 GI/ 83-1
जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , अवधि के लिए जारी रखा गया था ।
और , केन्द्रीय की यह राय है कि लोकहित में यह समीचीन है कि उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम 2 अगस्त , 1984 तक की , जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , छह मास की और अवधि के लिए निजाम शुगर फैक्ट्री लिमिटेड के प्रबंध के अधीन बना रहे ;
अतः केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग (विकास और विनियमन) मधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 18 कक की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह निदेश देती है कि उक्त आदेज 2 अगस्त , 1984 तक की , जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , छह मास की और अवधि के लिए प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

S.O. 65 (E ) 18AA IDRA 84.-Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Minis- try of Industry ( Department of Industry Deve- lopment) No. S.O. 65 ( E ) 18AA IDRA 78 , dated [PART II- SEC3 (ii) ] THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY

या जो उक्त एकक या कम्पनी को लागू हों , प्रर्वतन 3 अगस्त , 1981 तक की, जिसमे यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , अवधि के लिए निलम्बित रहेगा और उक्त आदेश के जारी किए जाने की तारीख से पहले उसके अधीन प्रोद्भुत या उद्भुत सभी अधिकार , विशेषाधिकार वाध्यताएं और बायित्व उक्त अवधि के लिए निलम्बित रहेंगे ;
== the 4th February, 1978 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order ) , the management of the Unit o Messrs Sri Rama Sugars and Industries Limited manufacturing sugar at Bobbiti in District Sri- kakulam in the State of Andhra Pradesh ( herein- after referred to as the said industrial undertaking) was taken over under clause (b ) of sub - section (1 ) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), for a period of three years from the date of publication of the said Order in the Official Gazette and the Nizam Sugar Factory Limited was authorised to take over management of the said indusrial under- taking;
और , केन्द्रीय सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय (औद्योगिक विकास विभाग) के क्रमशः आदेश सं . का. आ. 622(अ) /18-चस/ आई डी आर ए/ 81 , तारीख 4 अगस्त , 1981; का. आ . 550(अ) / 18वस/बाई डी आर ए/ 82 , तारीख 2 अगस्त , 1982 ; का.आ. 82(अ)/ 18चस/ आई डी आर ए/ 83 , तारीख 2 फरवरी , 1983 और का. आ . 548(अ) / 18चस/ आई डी आर ए/ 83 , तारीख 2 अगस्त, 1983 द्वारा उक्त आदेश की अवधि को गभी मामलों की बाबत (उनसे भिन्न जो बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थाओं के प्रति प्रतिभूति दायित्वों से संबंधित है । 2 फरवरी , 1984 तक जिम्म यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , जारी रखा गया था ;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि उक्त आदेश की अवधि को सभी मामलों की बाबत (उनसे भिन्न जो बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थाओं के प्रति प्रतिभूत दायित्वों से संबंधित है) 2 अगस्त, 1984 तक की जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित हैगी छह मास की अवधि के लिए बढ़ा दिया जाए ;
And, whereas , by the Orders of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Industry (Depart- ment of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 901 ( E ) dated the 21st November , 1980 , S.O. 619 ( E ) . dated the 3rd August , 1981 , S.O. 549 (E ) , dated the 2nd August , 1982 , S.O. 83 ( E) 18AA IDRA 83 dated the 2nd February , 1983 and S.O. 547 (E) / 18AA IDRA 83 dated the 2nd August, 1983 respectively the said Order was continued for a period upto and inclusive of the 2nd February, 1984;
अतः , अब केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 18 वख की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त आदेश की अवधि को सभी मामलों की बाबत (उनसे भिन्न जो बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थाओं के प्रति प्रतिभूत दायित्वों से संबंधित हैं) 2 अगस्त , 1985 तक की जिसमे यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , छह माह की और अवधि के लिए बढ़ाती है ।
And, whereas , the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public in- terest that the said industrial undertaking should continue under the management of the Nizam Sugar Factory Limited for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 2nd August , 1984;
[फा. सं. 4(4)/78-सी . यू . एस. ] ए. पी. सरवन , संयुक्त सचिव Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub- section (2) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951 ), the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a furher period of six months upto and inclusive of the 2nd August, 1984.

का. आ. 66 (ज) / 18 चल/आई डी आर ए/ 84 .-केन्द्रीय सरकार ने , भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय (औद्योगिक विकास विभाग) के आदेष सं . का. आ. 953(अ) / 18श्वस/ आई डी आर ए/80 , तारीख 10 दिसम्बर , 1980 द्वारा (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है) उद्योग (विकास और विनि- यमन) अधिनियम , 1951 (1951 का 65) की धारा 18 जस की उपधारा ( 1) के खण्ड ( ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा की थी कि उक्त आदेश के जारी किए जाने की तारीख से ठीक पहले प्रवृत्त सभी संविदाओं , सम्पत्ति के हस्तांतरण- पत्रों , करारों , परिनिर्धारणों , पंजाटों , स्थायी मादेशों या अन्य लिखों का (उनसे भिन्न जो 4 फरवरी , 1978 के पश्चात् किए गए हैं या हुए हैं या प्रवृत्त हुए हैं) जिनका आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य के श्रीकाकूलम जिले के बोविली में चीनी का निर्माण करने वाले मैसर्स श्रीराम शुगर्स एण्ड इण्डस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड का या उक्त एकक का स्वामित्व रखने वाली कम्पनी एक पक्षकार है एकक
S.O. 66 ( E ) ( 18FBIDRA 84. Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Minis- try of Industry (Department of Industrial Deve- lopment) No. S.O. 958 ( E ): 18FB IDRA 80 , dated the 10th December , 1980 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order) , the Central Government , in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act, 1951 ( 65 of 1951) , declared that the operation of all con- tracts , assurances of poverty , agreements , settle- ments , awards , standing orders or other instru ments in force immediately before the date of issue of the said Order (other than those which have been entered into, arrived at or come into force after the 4th February , 1978 ) , to which the unit of Messrs Sri Rama Sugars and Industries Limited manufacturing sugar at Bobbili in Dis- trict Srikakulam in the State of Andhra Pradesh of the company owning the said unit is a party er which may be applicable to the said unit or com- pany, shall ramain suspended for a period upto and inclusive of the 3rd August , 1981 and all the 3

ac- of rights , privileges , obligations and liabilities cruing or arising there - under before the date issue of the said order shall remain suspended for the said period;
And, whereas , by the Orders of the Central Government in the Ministry of Industry (Depart- ment of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 622 (E) [ 18FB IDRA 81 , dated the 4th August, 1981 , S.O. 550 (E) 18FB IDRA 82, dated the 2nd Aug- ust, 1982 , S.O. 82 (E) 18FB IDRA 83 , dated the 2nd Februray, 1983 and S.O. 548 (E) 18FB IDRA 83 , dated the 2nd August, 1983 respectively the duration of the said Order was continued upto and inclusive of the 2nd February , 1984 (in respect of all matters ex- cept those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions .
And, whereas , the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said Order in respect of all matters (except those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institu- tions) should be extended for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 2nd August, 1984;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub- section (2) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government here- by extends the duration of the said Order in res- pect of all matters (except those relating to se- cured liabilities to banks and financial institu- tions ) for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 2nd August, 1984.
