का. आ. 67 (अ) /18 कक/आई . डी. आर. ए. /84 .-भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश सं. का. आ .18 (अ)/18 कक/आई . डी. आर. ए./ 79 तारीख 6 जनवर्ग , 1979 द्वारा (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त आदेश कहा गया है आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य के श्री काकुलम जिले के सीता- नगरम में चीनी का विनिर्माण करने वाले मैसर्स श्री राम शुगर्स एण्ड इण्डस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड के एकक का (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त बौद्योगिक उपक्रम कहा गया है) प्रबन्ध उद्योग (विकास बोर विनियमन) अधिनियम , 1951 (1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18- कक की उपधारा ( 1) के खण्ड (ख) के अधीन 5 जनवरी , 1982 तक की जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है तीन वर्ष की अर्वाध के लिए ग्रहण किया गया था और निजाम शूगर फैक्ट्री लिमिटेड को उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबन्ध ग्रहण करने के लिए प्राधिकृत किया गया था ;
और भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकाम विभाग) के आदेश मं. का. आ. 7(अ)/18 कक/आई . डी . आर . ए . /8 तारीख 5 जनवरी , 1982 का .आ . 551 (अ) /18 कक/ आई. डी०आर० ए ० / 82 तारीख 2 अगस्त 1982 और का० आ० 80 (अ)/ 18 कव/आई. डी . आर. ए ./83 तारीख 2 फरवरी , 1983 का. आ० 549 (अ) /18 कक/आई0 डी 0 आर 0 ए0 / 83 तारीख 2 अगस्त , 198: द्वारा उक्त आदेश को 2 फरवरी , 1984 तक की जिसमें 137: Gl/83-1
यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है अवधि के लिए जारी रखा गया श्रा;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि लोकहित में यह समीचीन है कि उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम 2 अगस्त , 1984 तक की जिमम यह तारीख भी गम्मिलित है तह मास की और बधि के लिए निजाम शुगर फैक्ट्री लिमिटेड के प्रबंध के अधीन बना रहे ;
अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार उद्योग (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम,1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 18 कक को उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह निर्देश देती है कि उक्त आदेश 2 अगस्त , 1984 तक की जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , छह मास की और अवधि के लिए प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

S.O. 67 (E ) 18AA IDRA 84.-Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Minis- try of Industry (Department of Industrial Deve- lopment) No. S.O. 18 (E) 18AA IDRA 79 , dated

the 6th January , 1979 ( hereinafter refered to as the said Order) , the management of the unit of Messrs Sri Rama Sugars and Industries Limited manufacturing sugar at Seethanagaram in Dist- rict Srikakulam in the State of Andhra Pradesh (hereinafter referred to as the said industrial undertaking) was taken over under the clause (b) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 18AA of the Indus- tries (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , for a period of three years upto and inclusive of the 5th January , 1982 , and the Nizam Sugar Factory Limited was authorised to take over the management of the said industrial under- takings;
And, whereas , by the Orders of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Industry (Depart- ment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 7 (E ) 18AA IDRA 82, dated the 5th January , 1982, S.O.551 ( E) 18AA IDRA 82 , dated the 2nd Aug- ust , 1982 , S.O. 80E ) 18AAIDRA 83 , dated the 2nd February , 1983 and S.O. 549 (E ) 18AA IDRA 83 , dated the 2nd August , 1983 , the said Order was continued for a period upto and in- clusive of the 2nd February, 1984;
And, whereas , the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public in- terest that the said indusrial undertaking should continue under the management of the Nizam Sugar Factory Limited for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 2nd August. 1984;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub- secion ( 2) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , the Central Governinent hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 2nd August, 1984 .

का . आ. 68 (अ)/18- चस/आई. डी. आर. ए ./84 .-केन्द्रीय मरकार ने भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय (औद्योगिक विकास विभाग) के आदेश सं . का. आ. 902 (अ)/18-चल/आई.डी. आर . ए ./80 , तारीख 21 नवम्बर , 1980 द्वारा (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है) (उद्योग विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम , 1951 (1951 का 65) की धारा 18 -चख की उप- धारा (1) के खण्ड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह घोषणा की थी कि उक्त आदेश के जारी किए जाने की तारीख से ठीक पहले प्रवृत्त ऐसी संविदाओं सम्पत्ति के हस्तांतरण-पत्रों , करारों , परिनिर्धारणों, पंचाटो, आदेशों का अन्य लिखतों का (उनसे भिन्न जो 6 फरवरी , 1979 कं पश्चात् किए गए है , हुए हैं या प्रवृत्त हुए हैं) जिनका आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य के श्री काकूलम जिले के सीतानगरम् में चीनी का विनिर्माण करने वाले मैसर्स श्रीराम शुगर्स एण्ड इंडस्ट्रीज लिमि- टेड का एकक या उक्त एकक का स्वामित्व रखने वाली कंपनी एक पक्षकार हैं या जो उक्त एकक या कम्पनी को लागू हो , प्रवर्तन एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए निलम्बित रहेगा और उक्त

आदेश के जारी किए जाने की तारीख से पहले उसके अधीन प्रोद- भूत सभी अधिकार , विशेषाधिकार , बाध्यताए और दायित्व उक्त अवधि के लिए निलम्बित रहेंगे ;
और , उक्त आदेश की अवधि को भारत गरकार के उद्योग गंशालय ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग) के आदेश स . का . आ . 820 (अ) /18 - चख/ आई . डी. आर. ए./81 तारीख 20 नवम्बर , 1981, का. आ . ४ (अ)/ 18 - चल/आई . डो . आर.ए./ 32 , नारीस 5 जनवरी , 1982 , का. आ. 552(अ)/18-चख/आई. डी.जार . 17./82, तारीख 2 अगस्त , 1982 , का . आ. 81 (अ)//18 -चरू /आई.डी. आर.ए./ 33 , तारीख 2 फरवरी , 1983 और का. आ. 550 (अ) / 18-चय/आई . डी . आर . ए./83 , तारीख 2 अगस्त 1983 द्वारा 2 अगस्त , 1983 तक की जिसमें , यह तारीस भी सम्मिलित है और अवधि के लिए बढ़ाया गया था ;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह गमाधान हो गया है कि उक्त आदेश की अवधि को ऐसे सभी मामलों का बाबत (उनसे भिन्न जो बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थाओं के प्रति प्रतिभूत दायित्वों से सबंधित है) 2 अगस्त , 1984 तक की जिसमें यह तारीख भी गम्मिलित है , और अवधि के लिए बढ़ा दिया जाए ;
अतः, अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग (विकाम और विनि- यमन) अधिनियम , 1951 (1951 का 65) की धारा ( ४-बस उप-धारा ( 2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , उक्त आदेश की अवधि को ऐसे गभी मामलों की बाबत (उनसे भिन्न जो बैंको और वित्तीय संस्थाओं के प्रति प्रतिभूत दायित्वों से संबंधित है) 2 अगस्त , 1984 तक की जिसमें यह तारीख भी मम्मिलित है और अवधि के लिए बढ़ाती है ।

S.O. 68 ( E ) 18FB IDRA 84.-Whercas by the Order of the Government of India in the Minis- try of Industry ( Department of Industrial Develop- ment No. S.Ö. 902 ( E) 18FB IDRA 80 , dated the 21st November, 1980 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order ) , the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub- section (1) of section 18FB of the Industries (Develop- ment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) , declared that the operation of all contracts , assur- ances of property, agreements , settlements , awards , standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the date of issue of the said Order (other than those which have been entered into , arrived at or come into force after the 6th January, 1979) to which the unit of Messrs Sri Rama Sugars and Industries Limited, manufactur- ing sugar at Seethanagaram in the District of Sri- kakulam in the State of Andhra Pradesh or the company owning the said unit is a party or which may be applicable to the said unit or company shall remain suspended for a period of one year and all rights, privileges , obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the date of issue of the said Order shall remain suspended for the said period;

And, whereas , the duration of the said Order was extended for a further period upto and in- clusive of 2nd February , 1984 by the Orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of In- dustry ( Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 820 (E)| 18FB IDRA 81 , dated the 20th November , 1981 , S.O. 8 ( E) 18FB IDRA 82 , dated the 5th January, 1982 , S.O. 552 (E) 18FB IDRA 82 , dated the 2nd August, 1982 , S.O. 81 ( E) 18 IDRA/ 83 , dated the 2nd February , 1983 and S.O. 550 ( E ) 18FB IDRA 83 , dated the 2nd August, 1983 ;
And, whereas , the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said Order should be extended for a further period upto and inclusive of the 2nd August , 1984 , in respect of all matters (except those relating to secured liabi- lities to banks and financial institutions ) ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub- section (2 ) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order for a further period upto and inclusive of the 2nd August, 1984 , in respect of all matters ( except those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions) .
