का . आ. 69(अ) भारतीय रेल अधिनियम , 1890 (1890 का 9) की धारा 47 की उप - धारा ( 1) के खण्ड (य) तथा (छ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा रेलवे (गोदाम एवं स्थान शल्क) नियम, 1958 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्मलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात :-
1. (1) न्ये नियम रेलवे (गोदाम एवं स्थान शुल्क ) (द्वितीय संशोधन) नियम , 1983 कहलायेंगे ।
(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवत्त होंगे ।
2. रेलवे (गोदाम एवं स्थान शुल्क) नियम , 1958 में , रेलवे (गोदाम एवं स्थान शुल्क) नियम , 1958 के नियम 6 की तालिका में:

(1) (1) मद (1) के सामने कालम 2 में , इन्दराणों के बाद निम्नलिखित को अन्तर्पिष्ट किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
माल डियों वाले डिव्यों के गामले में द्वारा लदान के (क) बीसीएक्स तथा सीआरटी जम्या रेक में 1-19 माल जो एक समय में एक पार्टी लिए लगाए जाएं , लदान के लिए लगाए जाने के समय से 6 कार्य घण्टे ।
(ख) बीसीएक्स तथा सीआरटी माल डिब्बों वाले जम्बू रेक में 20 से 40 माल डिब्बों के मामले मे , जो एक समय में एक पार्टी द्वारा लदान के लिए लगाये जायें , लदान के लिए लगाए जाने के समय से 8 कार्य घण्टे ।
(ग) बीसीएक्स तथा सीआरटी रेक के 41 से 70 माल माल डिब्बों वाले डिब्बों के मागले पार्टी दुबारा लवान जो एक समय में एक वो लिए लगाए जाएं , लदान के लिए लगाए जाने के समय से 9 कार्य वण्टे ।
(घ) बीसीएक्स तथा सीआरटी माल डिब्दों वाले अम्बू रेक में 71 या उससे अधिक मात डिब्बों के मामले में , जो एक समय में एक पार्टी THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY

द्वारा लदान के लिए लगाये जायें , लदान के लिए लगाए जाने के समय से 10 कार्य घण्टे ।
(ङ) 55 या अधिक बाक्स - एन माल डिब्बों के पूरे जो एक समय लिए लगाए रेक के हस्त- लदान के मामले में , में एक पाटी द्वारा लदान के जाएं लदान के लिए लगाए जाने के समय से 10 कार्य घण्टे ।
(च) 55 या अधिक बाक्स- एन माल डिब्बो के पूरे रेक के यांत्रिक- लदान के मामले में , जो एक समय में एक पाटी द्वारा लगाए जाए , लदान के लिए लगाए जाने के समय से 9 कार्य षण्टे ।
(2) मद (2 ) के स्थान पर कालम 2 में , वर्तमान इन्दराजों के अन्त में निम्नलिखित को अन्तर्विष्ट किया जाएगा , अर्थात
(क) बी सी एक्म तथा सी आर टी माल डिब्बों वाले जम्ब रेक में 1-19 माल डिब्बों के मामले में , जो एक समय में एक पार्टी द्वारा उतराई के लिए लगाए जाएं , उतराई के लिए लगाए जाने के समय से 6 कार्य घंटे ।
(ख) भी सी एक्स तथा मी आर टी माल डिब्बों वाले जम्ब रेक में 20 से 40 माल डिब्बों के मामले में , जो एक समय में एक पार्टी द्वारा उतराई के लिए लगाए जाए , उतराई के लिए लगाए जाने के समय से 9 कार्य घण्टे ।
(ग) बी सी एक्स तथा सी आर टी माल डिब्बों वाले माल डिब्बों के मामले एक पाटी द्वारा उतराई उनराई के लिए लगाए जम्ब रेक में 41 से 70 मे, जो एक समय में के लिए लगाए जएं , जाने के समय से 10 कार्य घण्टे ।
(घ) भी सी एक्स तथा सी जार टी माल डिब्बों वाले जम्ब रेक में 71 या उससे अधिक माल डिब्बों के मामले में , जो एक समय में एक पाटी द्वारा उतराईं के लिए लगाए जाएं , उतराई के लिए लगाए आने के समय से 11 कार्य घण्टे ।
(ङ) 55 या अधिक बाक्स- एन माल डिब्बों वाले पूरे रेक की हस्त उतराई के मामले में , जो एक समय में एक पाटी द्वारा उतराई के लिए लगाए जाए , उतराई के लिए लगाए जाने के समय से 11 कार्य घण्टे ।
(च) 55 या अधिक बाक्स एन माल डिब्बों वाले पूरे रेक की यांत्रिक उतराई के मामले में , जो एक समय में एक पार्टी द्वारा उतराई के लिए लगाए जाएं , उतराई के लिए लगाए जाने के समय स 10 कार्य घण्टे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 3rd February , 1984
S.O. 69 ( E) . In exercise of the powers con- ferred by clauses (f) and (g) of sub - section (I ) of section 47 of the Indian Railways Act , 1890 ( 9 of 1890 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rail- ways (Warehousing and Wharfage) Rules , 1958 , namely :-
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Rail- ways (Warehousing and Wharfage) (Second Amendment ) Rules , 1983 .
the (2) They shall come into force on date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Railways ( Warehousing and Whar- fage) Rules , 1958 , in the table to rule 6 of the Railways (Warehousing and Wharfage) Rules 1958 :-
( 1 ) against item ( i) after the entries in column 2, the following entries shall be inserted , name- ly :-
(a) in the case of 1-19 wagons in Jumbo rakes , consisting of BCX and CRT wagons , placed at a time for loading by one party , six working hours from the time at which the wagons are placed in position for loading;
(b) in the case of 20 to 40 wagons in Jumbo rakes , consisting of BCX and CRT wagons , placed at a time loading by one party , eight working hours from the time at which the wagons are placed in position for loading ;
(c) in the case of 41 to 70 wagons in Jumbo rakes , consisting of BCX and CRT wagons , placed at a time loading by one party, nine working hours from time at which the wagons are placed in position for loading;
(d) in the case of 71 or more wagons in Jumbo rakes consisting of BCX and CRT wagons , placed at a time for load- ing by one party , ten working hours from the time at which the wagons are placed in position for loading;

टिप्पणी:-(1) मुख्य निदम दिनांक 28-8-1958 के भारत के राजपत्र भाग 2 , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड (2) में का. जा . सं . 1793 के अधीन प्रकाशित किया गया था ।

(f) in the case of mechanical loading of a full rake of 55 or more BOX- N wagons , placed at a time for loading by one party, nine working hours from the time at which the wagons are placed in position for loading;
(2) against item (ii) in column 2, the following entries shall be inserted at the end of the existing entries , namely :
(a) in the case of 1-19 wagons in Jumbo rakes consisting of BCX and CRT wa- gons , placed at a time for unloading by one party, six working hours from the time at which the wagons are placed in position for unloading ;
(b) in the case of 20 to 40 wagons in Jumbo rakes , consisting of BCX and CRT wa- gons , placed at a time for unloading by one party , nine working hours from the time at which the wagons are placed in position for unloading;
(c) in the case of 41 to 70 wagons in Jumbo rakes consisting of BCX and CRT wa- gons , placed at a time for unloading by one party , ten working hours from the time at which the wagons are placed in position for unloading;
(d) in the case of 71 or more wagons in Jumbo rakes , consisting of BCX and CRT wagons placed at a time for un- loading by one party, eleven working hours from the time at which the wagons are placed in position for un- loading:
(e) in the case of manual unloading of a full rakes of 55 or more BOX- N wagons placed at a time for unloading by one party, eleven working hours from the time at which the wagons are placed in position for unloading;
(f) in the case of mechanical unloading of a full rake of 55 or more BOX- N wa- gons , placed at a time for unloading by one party , ten working hours from the time at which the wagons are placed in position for unloading .
