S.O. 7 HE).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- paragraph (1) of paragraph 3 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1979 and in supersession of Order of the Govt. of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Petroleum, Chemicals and Fertilizers (Deptt. of Chemicals & Fertilizers) No. S.O. 102(E) dated the l l th January 1981, the Central Government hereby fixes Rs. 2637.50 per kg. as the maximum sale price at which Pyrolidino Methyl Tetracycline manufactured indigenously shall be sold.
