O.N. 3(E).—In para 4 of the Bnglish version of Election Commission's Notification No. 464jAS-HP]83 dated 28th December, 1983, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordi- nary, Part II, Section 3-Sub-sectinn (iii) dated 28th December, 1983, the words "read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1951" shall be deleted.
