EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

S.O. 78(E)iNo. E(C)O, 1977[AM(282).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—

1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Second

Amendment Order, 1984.

2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, hi Part 'A' Sche- due I, the existing entry opening at S. No. 56(ii) shall be sub- stituted by the following :—

"Rough (uncut and unset) precious stones and Quartz".
