PUBLIC NOTICE No. 5-ETC (PN1/84
Subject ;—Export of Flue-cured Virginia, Sun-cured Virginia, Sun-cured 'Natu' (Country) and Sun-cured Jutty Tobacco—Fixation of minimum export prices of various grades for the crops of 1984, 19S3 and 1982,
File No. 20/1/S4-EII :—Attention is invitod to Public Notice No. 7-ETC(PN)/83 dated the 10th February, 1983 on the above subject.
2. Export of different grades of Flue-cured Virginia Tobacco, Sun-cured Virginia Tobacco, Sun-cured 'Natu' (Country) and Sun- cured Jutty Tobacco shall be allowed only subject to minimum Export Prices set down in Annexures I-A, l-B, II, III, IV and V to this Public Notice until further orders.
3. The revised prices indicated in Annexure I-A shall come into force with immediate effect in respect of Flue-cured Virginia Tobacco of 1984 Crop and shall be applicable for contracts signed and registered with the Tobacco Board on or before 31st March, 1984.
4. The revised prices indicated in Annexure I-B in respect of Flue-cured Virginia Tobacco of 1984 crop shall come into fore:
with effect from 1st April, 1984 for contracts signed on or after the aaid date.
5. The prices indicated in Annexure II to V shall como into force with immediate effect.
6. Crops and Orados of Tobacco for which Minimum Export prices have not been fixed, will be froc from Minimum Export Price restriction.
