का० सा० का० मि० 57( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार महपित्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ग) के उपखंड ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में और भारत सरकार के नौवहन और परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष ) की अधिसूचना सं 30 (अ ) दिनांक 29-1-1982 की अधिक्रमण करते हुए, बम्बई पत्सन के न्यामी मंडल में निम्नलिखित सारणी के कालम ( 1 ) में उल्लिखित हितों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए संबंधित क्षेत्रों द्वारा नियुक्त किए जाने वाल व्यक्तियों की सं० को विनिर्दिष्ट करती है जो उक्त सारणी के कालम (2) में दिखाई गई है:

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 10th February , 1984
G.S.R. 57 (E) .-in pursuance of sub -clause ( i ) of clause ( c) ofsub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 30 ( E) dated 29-1-1982 , the Central Government hereby specifies the number of persons mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to be appointed by the Government to represent the interests mentioned in column (1) of the said Table on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Bombay :

सरकार , सा ० का० नि० 58 (अ) केन्द्रीय महापतभ न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 38) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( ⅰ ) के खंड ( ग) के उपखंड ( ii) के अनुसरण करते हुए और भारत सरकार के नौवहन और परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष) की अधिसूत्रमा सं० सा ० कां ० मि० 31 (अ) दिनांक 29-1-1982 का अधिक्रमण करते हुए बम्बई पसन के न्यासी मंडल में निम्नलिखित सारणी के क्रमशः कालम 2 और 3 में तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टियों में दशित प्रत्येक हित का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए प्रत्येक निकाय द्वारा निर्वाचित किए जाने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या को विनिदिष्ट करती है जो उक्त सारणों के कालम 4 में वर्णित है:--
परन्तु उक्त सारणी की क्रम सं ० 9 और 10 के सामने वर्णित सरकार के स्वामित्व या नियंत्रणाधीन निकायों के सबंध में ऐसे निकायों द्वारा निर्वाचित किए जाने वाले व्याक्स केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा नियुक्त किए जायेंगे ।

2. उपरोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 4) के अनुसरण में केन्द्रीय सरकार 9 मार्च , 1984 को समाप्त होने वाली अवधि को ऐसी अवधि के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है, जिसके भीतर न्यासियों का निर्वाचन किया जायगा ।
3. यह अधिसूचना 1 अप्रैल, 1984 से लागू होगी ।

NOTIFICATION
G.S.R. 58 (E) . In pursuance of the provisions of sub - clause ( in ) of clause ( c ) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport ( Ports Wing ) No. G.S.R. 31 ( E) dated 29-1-1982 , the Central Government hereby specifies the number of persons mentioned in column 4 of the Table below to be elected by each of the bodies to represent each of the interests, भारत का राजपत्र यसाधारण

Provided that in the case of body mentioned against serial numbers 9 & 10 of the said lable being owned or controlled by the Government , the persons to be elected by such body shall be appointed by the Central Government .

2. In pursuance of sub -section (4 ) of section 3 of the afore- said Act , the Central Government hereby specifics the period ending with the 9th March , 1984, as the period within which the election of Trustees shall be held .
3. This notification shall come into force on the Ist day of April, 1984 .
