S.O. £t2(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Industries (Development & Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), read with rules 2, 4 and 5 of the Development Councils (Procedural) Rules, 1932, the Central Government hereby ninkes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Indus- trial Development) No. S. O, 277(V,), dated the 4th April, 1983, namely :-^
2. In the said Order :—
for serial No. 14 and the entry relating thereto, the following shall be
substituted, namely :—
"14. Shri C. Radhakrishnan, Director ("Electrical) Office of the Development Commissioner (Small S;ale Industries) Nirman ...Member." Bhavan, New Delhi.
