S.O. 83 (E)./18AA/IDRA/84.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S. O. 617(E)/ 1SAA/IDRA/77, dated the 12th August, 1977 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the management of the whole of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Indore Textiles Limited, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, was taken over under section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Re- gulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), for a period of five ; " rs commencing from the date of its publication in the "Official Gazette, and the Madhya Pradesh State Textile Corporation Limited was authorised to take over the manage- ment of the said industrial undertaking ;
And, whereas, by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S. O. 566(E)/18AA_/IDRA/82. dated the 11th August, 1982, the period o' the said Order was extended for a-further period of fix months upto the 11th February, 198-3 ;
And, whereas, by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Deve- lopment) No. S. O. 103(E)/18AA/IDRA/83, dated the 9th February, 1983, the period of the said Order was extend- ed for a further period of six months upto the I lth August, 1983 ;
And, whereas, by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Deve- lopment) No. S. O. 566iE)/l8AA/IDRA/83, dated the 9th August, 1983, the period of the said Order was extended for a farther period of six months uplo* the 11th February, 1984 ;
And, whereas, the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said industrial undertaking should continue under the management of the Madhya Pradesh State Textile Corporation for the further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 11th August, 1984;
Nov., therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of section 18 A A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Govern- ment hereby directs j h at the said O^der shall continue to have effect for a further period of six months upto and incisive of the 11th August, 1984.

No. 3(1)/81-CUS] S.O. 84(E)/I8FB/IDRA/84.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Depart- ment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 105(E)/18FB/ IDRA/78, dated the 17th February, 1978 (hereinafter refer- red to as the said Order), the Central Government, in exer- cise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (,1) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regu- lation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), declared that the operation of all contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settle- ments, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the date of issue of the said Order (other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and iirwncia! institutions) to which the industrial undertaking known a< Messrs Indore Textiles Limited, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh i< a party or which may be applicable to the said industrial undertaking or company shall remain suspended for a period of one year from such date and that all the rights, priviieces, obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder be- fore the said date shall remain suspended f'T the said period;
And. whereas, the duration of the "aid Order was extended from time 11 time upto and inclusive of the 11th February, 1984, by the Orders No. S.O. 79(E)/18FB/IDRA/79, dated the 7th February, 1979, No. S.O. 89(E)/18PB/IDRA/N0, dated the 8th February. 1980, No. S.O. 95(E)/18FB/IDRA/81. dated the 13th February, 1981, No. S.O. 31(E)'18FB/IDRA/ 82. dated the 16th February. 1982, No. S.O. 567
And. whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said Order should be extended for a further period upto the 11th August, 1984 ;
Now. -therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1), read with sub-section (2) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regula- tion) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951). the Central Government hete- bv extends the duration of the said Order upto and inclusive of the 11th August. 1984.
