का० ति० आ ० 12 ( अ ) -छावनं। अधिनियम, 1921 (1924 की 2) की धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदन्न शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार यह समाधान होने पर कि छावनी प्रशासन के लिए छावनी बाई जनापहाड़ के गठन में फेरफार हाना वाछनीय है, एतदद्वारा तदर्थ घोषणा करती है और यह अतिरिक्न निदेश देती है कि 13 फरवरी 1981 मे छ माह की कालार्वाध के लिए अथवा उक्त अधिनयम की धाग 13 के अन्तर्गत बोर्ड के गठन तक के लिए इनमे में जो भी पहले हो, उक्त छावनी, बोर्ड के गठन में फेरफार किया हुआ रहेगा ।

of the S.R.O. 12 ( L. ) . In exercise of the powers confened by sub section ( 1 ) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act . 1924 ( 2 of 1924 ) , the Central Government . being satis- find that for the administration of the Cantonment , it is desirable to vary the constitution Cantonment Board. Jalapahar , hereby makes a declaration to that effect and further duects that the constitution of the said Board shall stand varied for a period of six months with ellect rom the 13th February , 1984 or till a Board is constituted under section 13 of the said Act , whichever is eather .

केन्द्रीय सरकार एतत्द्वारा अधिसूचित करती है कि निम्न- लिखित दो व्यक्तियों को छावनी बोर्ड, जला पहाड़ के सदस्य के रूप मे 13. फरवर्गी, 1984 से मनोनीत किया गया। :--
1. मेजर के ०जी० वर्मा धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 2) के खण्ड ( ख ) के अन्तर्गत नामांकित ।
2. कोरपोग्ल बिरखा वहादुर लिम्बू ( सेवानिवृत्त ) धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के खण्ड( ग ) के अन्तर्गत नामांकित ।

S.R.O. 13 ( E ) .--In pursuance of sub - section ( 3 ) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act , 1924 ( 2 of 1924 ) , read with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence No. S.R.O. 13 :-1 dated the 13th February , 1984, published in the Government of India , Extraordinary Gazette, Part II Section 4 dated the 13th February 1984 , the Central Government hereby notifies that the following two persons have been nominated to be the members of the Cantonment Board , Jalapahar with effect from 13th February, 1984 :-
1. Mr K.G. Verma
nominated under clause ( b ) of sub - section ( 2) of section 14 .
2. Capt . Birkha Bahadur Limbs ( Retd . )
nominated under clause ( e ) of sub -section ( 2 ) of section 14.

का० नि०ओ० 1-4 ( अ) छावनी अधिनियम , 1921 ( 1924 का 2) की धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार यह समाधान होने पर कि छादनी प्रशासन के लिए छावनी वोर्ड, महू के गठन में फेरफार होना वांछनीय है, एतद्वारा तदर्थ घोषणा करती है और यह अतिरिक्त निदेश देती है कि 13 , फरवरी, 1981 में छः माह की कालाधि के लिए अथवा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 13 के अन्तर्गत बोर्ड के गठन तक के लिए, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो , उक्त छावनी बोर्ड के गठन में फेरफार किया हुआ रहेगा ।

S.R.O. 14 ( E ) -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act , 1924 ( 2 of 1924 ) , the Central Government, being satis- fied that for the administration of the Cantonment , it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Cantonment Board , Mhow, hereby makes a declaration to that effect and further directs that the constitution of the said Board shall stand varied for a period of six months with effect form the 13th February , 1984 or till a Board is constituted under section 13 of the said act , whichever is carlier .

का ० नि० आ० 15( श्र):-छावनी अधिनियम , 192.1 ( 1924 का 2 ) की धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के अनु- मरण में जिसे भारत सरकार के रक्षा मंत्रालय अधिसूचना सख्या का ० नि ० आ ० 11-० , दिनांक 13 फरवरी , 1984 के गथ जो कि भारत सरकार के असाधरण जपत्र दिनांक 13 फरवरी , 1984 के भाग- 2 , खण्ड मे प्रकाशित हुआ था, पढ़ा जाए, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्द्द्वारा अधिसूचित करती है कि निम्नलिखित दो व्यक्तियों को छावनी बोर्ड, मूह के सदस्य के रूप में 13 फरवरी, 1984 मे मनोनीत किया गया है
1 ले ० कर्नल एस ० मी० ग्रोवर धारा 14 की उपधाग ( 2) के खण्ड ( ख ) के अन्तर्गत नामांवित ।
2. श्री राधे श्याम बियाणी धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 2) के खण्ड ( ग) के अन्तर्गत नामांकित ।

nominated under claus ( 1) of sub - section ( 2 ) of section 14.
2. Sh . Radney Shyam Biyani nomigated under clause ( ) of subacion ( 2 ) of section 14.

का ० नि ० आ ० 17 ( अ) -छावनी अधिनियम, 1924 (1924 का 2) की भ्राग 14 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के अनु- मरण में जिसे भारत सरकार के रक्षा मंत्रालय अधिसूचना संख्या का० नि० आ० 16 - ई , दिनांक 13 फरवरी , 1984 के माथ जो कि भारत सरकार के असाधारण राजपत्र दिनांक 13 फवरी , 1984 के भाग--2, खण्ड-1 में प्रकाशिन हुआ था, पढ़ा जाए, केन्द्रीय सरकार एनद्द्वारा अधिसूचित करती है कि निम्नलिखित दो व्यक्तियों को छावनी बोर्ड, मागर के सदस्य के रूप में 13 फरवरी , 1984 में मनो- नीत किया गया है-
1. ले ० कर्नल अवतार सिंह-धारा 14 की उपधाग (2) के खण्ड ( ख) के अन्तर्गत नामांकित ।
2. डा० कृष्ण कुमार श्रीवास्तव धारा 1.1 की उपधारा ( 2) के खण्ड ( ग) के अन्तर्गत नामांकित ।
