S.O. 96(E).—In the Government of India, Ministry of Ship- ping and Transport (Transport Wingj Notification No. 164(E) dated 5lh March, 1983 published ir> Extraordinary issue of Gazette oi India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) in place of the words "Sub-Section (I)" appearing in the para of the said Notification, the words "Sub-Section (3)" may be substituted.
