का.आ. 101 (अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम , 1955 (1955 का 10) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निदेत देती है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( घ) और (च) के अधीन आदेश देने की शक्ति का प्रयोग , इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट किसी भी किस्म के पशु चारे के सम्बन्ध में , तमिलनाडु राज्य की सरकार भी उस राज्य में करेंगी ।

2. यह आवेश राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रारम्भ होने वाली और 1 मई , 1984 तक समाप्त होने वाली अवधि के लिए प्रवृत्त रहेगा ।

ORDER
New Delhi , the 17th February 1984
S.O. 101 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the power to make orders under clauses (d) and (f) of sub- section (2) of section 3 of the said Act shall , in relation to the cattle fodder of any of the varieties specified in the Schedule hereto annexed , be exercisable also be the Government of the State of Tamil Nadu in that State .
This order shall remain in force for the period commencing from the date of its publication in the Gazette of India and end- ing with the 1st May, 1984 .
