Subject :—Indian Rupee Value of the Special Currency Basket for the purposes of contracts entered into under the Deferred Payment Protocol dated April 30, 1981 between ihe Governments of India and the USSR relating to the deliveries of machinery and equip- ment from the USSR to India on deferred Payment terms
File No. IPC|23(16)|81.—Attention is invited to the Ministrv of Commerce Public Notice No. 35-ITC(PN)|81 dated 15th July, 1981, No. 55-ITC(PN)|81 dated the 29th October, 1981. No. 37-ITC(PN)|82 dated 3-8-1982 and No. 5-ITC(PN)l83 dated 17-1-1983, on the subject mentioned above.
2. It is hereby informed that in pursuance of para 3 of Appen- dix to tho above-mentioned Public Notice No. 35-ITC(PN)|81 dated 15th July, 1981, the Reserve Bank of India have further revised the Indian Rupee Value of the Special Currency Basket as indicated below :—
Rs. 10,9186 with effect from 13-2-1984.
