CORRIGENDUM

New Delhi, the 18th February, 1984

G.S.R. 74(E).—la the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Communications (Posts and Telegraphs Board), No. G.S.R. 443, dated the 5th April, 1980. published at pages 836-838 of the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (i), dated the 19th April, 1980, substitute the sub- rule (2) of rule 1 as follows :

(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force on

25th day of September, 1976.

Provided that in their application to the posts of Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) and Assistant Engineer (Civil) speci- fied in column 1 of the schedule annexed to the Posts and Tele- graphs (Civil Gazetted Officers) Recruitment Rules, J976, they shall be deemed to have come into force on the 21st day of February, 1976.
