सा.का.नि. 75 (अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार विलायक निस्सारित तेल , विर्तलित भोजन और खाने योग्य आटा (नियंत्रण) आवेश , 1967 के खंड 15 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के खाद्य , कृषि , सामुदायिक विकास और गहकारिता मंत्रालय ( खाद्य विभाग) की अधिसूछना सं . सा. का. नि. 1964 तारीख 9-10-68 के साथ प्रकाशित विलायक निस्यारित तेल , विलित भोजन बऔर

खाने योग्य आटा (शक्तियों का प्रत्यायोजन) करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करती हैं , आदेश , 1988 का और संशोधन अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1) इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम विलायक निस्सारित तेल , विलित भोजन और खाने योग्य आटा (शक्तियों का प्रत्यायोजन) (संशो- धन) आदेश , 1984 है ।
(2) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा ।
2. विलापक निस्सारित तेल , विलित भोजन और खाने योग्य आटा ( शक्तियों का प्रत्यायोजन) आदेश , 1968 की प्रथम अनुसूची के भाग ख में महाराष्ट्र राज्य से संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात:-

महाराष्ट्र राज्य के खाद्य और औषधि प्रशासन के अधीन कार्य कर रहे सभी संयुक्त गायुक्त , सहायक आयुक्त , बौषधि निरीक्षक और खाद्य निरीक्षक"

New Delhi , the 18th February , 1984
G.S.R. 75 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 15 of the Solvent -Extracted Oil , De - oiled Meal and Edible Flour (Control) Order, 1967 , the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Solvent- extracted Oil , De- oiled Meal and Edible Flour (Delegation of Powers ) Order , 1968 , published with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food , Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Food ) No. G.S.R. 1864 dated the 9th October , 1968 , namely : -
1. (1 ) This order may be called the Solvent - Extracted Oil , De- oiled Meal and Edible Flour (Delegation of Powers ) (Amend- ment) Order , 1984 .

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Solvent - extracted Oil , De - oiled Meal and Edible Flour (Delegation of Powers ) Order , 1968 , in the First Schedule , in part 1B , for the entries relating to the State of Maharashtra , the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-

All Joint Commissioners , Assistant Commissioners , Drug Inspectors and Food Inspectors working under Food and Drug Administration . Maharashtra State . "
