का० आ० 103 (अ)/ 18 कक/आई . डी. आर. ए/ 84:-भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय (श्रोद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश सं ० का० आ० 631( अ) 18कक/ आई डी आर० ए०/ 80 , नारीख 23 अगस्त, 1980 द्वारा (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त आदेश कहा गया है) मैसर्स णिब गज फाइन आर्ट लिया ववयं, नागपुर नामक औद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबंध, उद्योग ( विकास ओर विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 18कक की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ख ) के अधीन 22 अगस्त, 1983 तक की, जिसमें यह तारीख भी सर्म्मिलत है तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए ग्रहण किया गया था, ओर डेवलपमेंट कारपोरेशन आफ विदर्भ लिमिटेड, नागपुर को उपन औद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबंध ग्रहण करने के लिए प्राधिकृत किया गया था;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार ने यह राय होने पर कि लोकहित में यह समी- चीन है कि उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम, डेवलपमेंट कारपोरेशन आफ विदर्भ लिमिटेड, नागपुर के प्रबंध के अधीन वना रहे, पूर्वोक्त तीन वर्ष की अवधि की समाप्ति के पश्चात् 22 फरवरी , 1984 तक की, जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है, और अवधि के लिए ऐसे बने रहने के लिए घोषणा की

थी । दिखिए भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालयः ( श्रीद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) का आदेश सं ३ का था 603 ( )/ 18 कक/ श्राई० डी० आर० ए०/ ४३ , तारीख 22 अगस्तः 1983]
और केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि उक्त आदेश की अवधि को 22 अगस्त, 1984 तक की, जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है, छह मास की और अवधि के लिए बढ़ाया जाए;
अतः, अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन) अधि- नियम, 1951 (1951 का 65) को धारा 18कक का उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह निदेश देतो है कि उक्त आदेश 22 अगस्त, 1984 तः की, जितनें यह तारोज भो सम्मिलित है, छड् मास की और अवधि के लिए प्रभावो बना रहेगा ।

Ministry of Industry (Department of industrial Development) No. S.O. 634 (E) 18AA IDRA 80 Gated 23rd August , 1980 (hereinafter referred to as the said order) , the Langement of the indust- rial undertaking Laown as Messrs Shivraj Fine Art Litho Works , Nagpur , was taken over under clause (b) of sub -section ( 1 ) of section 18AA of the Indries (Development and Regulation Act, 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , for a period of three years upto and inclusive of the 22nd August , 1983 , and the Development Corporation of Vidharbha Limit- ed, Nagpur, was authorised to take over management of the said industrial undertaking; the
And, whereas , the Central Government being of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said industrial underaking should conti- nue under the management of the Development Corporation of Vidharbha Limited, Nagpur , after the expiry of the period of three years afoesaid; had declared for such continuance for a further period upto and inclusive of the 22nd February, 1984, vide Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Indust- rial Development) No. S.O. 603 (E) 18AA IDRA 83 dated the 22nd August, 1983 ;
And, whereas , the Central Government is satis- fied that the duration of the said Order should be extended for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of 22nd August , 1984;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub - section (2) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation , Act , 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the said order shall continue to have effect for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 22nd August, 1984 .

का०आ० 104 ( अ )/ 18 एफबी/ आई० डी० आर० ए/ 84:- केन्द्रीय सरकार ने भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय (औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेण सं० का०आ० 694 ( अ )/ 18 एफबी/ आईडीआरए/ 80 , नागेन्य 28 अगस्त, 1989 द्वारा (जिसे हममें इमके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है ) , उद्योग ( विकाम और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा : नन्त्र की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने हुग. यह घोषणा की थी कि उक्त आदेण के जारी किए जाने की तारीख से ठीक पूर्व प्रकृत्त ऐसी सभी संधिवात्रों संपत्ति के हस्तान्तरण-पत्रों, करागें, परिनिर्धारणों, पंचाटों, स्थायी आदेशों या पन्त्र लिखतों का ( उनने भिन्न जो कीं गौर वितीय संस्थाओं के प्रति प्रतिभूत दायिन्त्रों में संवद्र के) जिनका मैमर्स शिवराज फाइन आर्ट निथो वार्क्स, नागपुर नामक त्रौद्यो- निवः उपक्रम था ऐसे औद्योगिक उपक्रम का स्वामित्व रखने वानी कम्पनी गुहार है या जो ऐसे औद्योगिक उपक्रम या कम्पनी को लागू हों अन एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए दिनम्बित रहेगा और उक्त नारीन्व से पूर्व उनके अधीन प्रोद्भूत्त या उद्भुत सभी अधिकार, विशेषाधिकार , वाध्यताएं और दानित्य उक्त अवधि के लिए निलम्बित रहेंगे;
मार केन्द्रीय सरकार ने यह राय होने पर कि जनसाधारण के हित में यह यावश्यक है उक्त आदेश पुन एक वर्ष की अवधि की ममाप्ति के रण्वात् प्रभावी बना रहे, 22 फरवरी, 1984 नह की जिसमें यह नारीख भी मम्मिलित है, और अवधि के लिए ऐसे बने रहने के लिए समत्र- नमय पर घोषणा की थी । [देखिए भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालन ( श्रौयोगिक विकास विभाग ) का आदेश में का० ग्रा० 668 (-x) / 18 बख/ नाई "जे गर / 81 , नारीख १० चा० 21 ( प्र)/ 13 नन মারী 27 1960 ईडी थ
कौर केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो यह है कि उक्त शत की अवधि को 22 अगस्त, 1984 तक को, जिसने यह तारोध भो मम्मिलित है, छत्र मास की और अवधि के लिए बहाया जाए;
ग्रतः , अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उद्योग ( विकाम प्रोर विनियमन ) अधि- नियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 वश्व की उस्बारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 1 ) के खंड (ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए, उक्त आदेश की अवधि को 22 अगस्त, 1984 万 不 जिसमे यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है, बढ़ाती है ।

S.O. 104 (E ) 18FB IDRA/ 81.-Whereas by the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Develop- ment) No. S.O. 694 (E) 18FB IDRA 80, dated the 28th August , 1980 , (hereinafter referred to as the said Order) , the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of sec- tion 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act , 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , had declared that the operation of all contracts , assurances of property, agreements , settlements , awards , stand- ing orders or other instruments in force immediate- ly before the date of issue of the said Order ( other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions) to which the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Shivraj Fine Art Litho Works , Nagpur or the Company owning such industrial undertaking is a party or which may be applicable to such industrial undertaking or company shall remain suspended for a period of one year and that all the rights , privileges , obli- gations and liabilities accruing or arising there- under before the said date shall remain suspend- ed for the said period;
And, whereas , the Central Government being of opinion that it is necessary in the interests of the general public that the said order should continue to have effect after the expiry of the period of one year aforesaid , had declared from time to time for such continuance for a further period upto and inclusive of the 22nd February , 1984 (vide Orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development) Nos . S.O. 668 ( E ) | 18FB| IDRA / 81 , dated the 26th August, 1981 , S.O. 621 (E) 18 FB IDRA 82 , dated the 27th August , 1982 and S.O. 604 (E) 18 FB IDRA 83 dated he 22nd August, 1983 :

(Development and Regulation) Act , 1951 , (65 of 1951) , the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said order upto and inclusive of the 22nd August, 1984.
And, whereas , the Central Government is satis- fied that the duration of the said Order should be extended for a further period upto and inclusive of 22nd August, 1984;
