NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the llth February, 1984
S.O. 107(E).—Whcrcns the land, building etc.mentioned herein in the schedule below are required for the purpose of Construc- tion of Metro Railway and other wcrks connected therewith in the City of Calcutta;
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the land,'building etc. referred to in the schedule belcw are required for tt public purpose.
Tho Central Government do, therefore, hereby declare their intention to acquire the land, building etc., refened to ;n the schedule below, in terms of the power conferred on them under Section 7(i) of the Metro Railways (Ccnsmictirn cf Works) Act 1978, (Act 33 of 1978).
Any person interested in the land, buildingetc. refened to in the schedule below may, within twenty one days from the dale of pub- lication, of this notification put of objection, if any, before the competent Authoiity as prescribed linger Section 9(i) cf the Act.
