EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
S.O. 114(E)|E(C)O, 1977|AM|(283).—In exer- cise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Export (Control) Order, 1977, namely :--•-
1. This Order may be called the Exports
(Control) Third Amendment Order, 1984.
2. In the Exports (Control) Order. 1977:—
(a) In Part 'B' Schedule-I, the existing entry appearing at S. No. 62(iii) shall be substituted by the following :—
S. No. 62(iii) "SILK NOILS 8c NOIL
DROPPINGS".
"All varieties of Silk Waste i.e. Mulberry, tasar, eri, muga including pierced cocoons but excluding Silk Noils and Noil Droppings".
(c) In OGL-3, the following entries appear- ing at S. No. 41, 42, 43 shall be delet- ed :—
41. Throwster Silk Waste.
42. Hard Silk Waste.
43. Other varieties of Silk Waste, viz.
1. Boiled cocoons.
2. Basin refuse.
3. Floff|floss.
4. Filmsy cocoons.
5. Noils|Noil Droppings.
