Gavai, IAS (MH : 1950) as Administrator, Nhava Sheya Port Project in the grade of Secretary to the Government of India and concurrently as Chairman, Nhava Sheva Port Trust with effect from the forenoon of 25th Febmary, 1984 vice Vice Admiral (Retired) N. P. Datta and until further orders.
