NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th February, 1984
GSR 80(E).—In pursuance of clause 11 of the Sugar (Con- trol) Order, 1966, and in supersession of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Com- munity Development and Cooperation (Department of Food) No. GSR 922 dated, the 10th June, 1966 and GSR No. 935 dated, 3 2ih June, 1970, except as respects things done or omitted to be done, the Central Government hereby authorises the Tech- nical Officers, the Junior Technical Officers, Assistant Directors and Inspecting Officers in the Directorate of Sugar to exercise the powers conferred by sub-clauses (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the said clause.
