S.O. 123 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Act, 1976 (21 of 1976) the Central Government, after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and Bank of Baroda by which Surat-Bharuch Gramin Bank has been sponsored specifies Broach as the place where Surat Bharuch Gramin Bank shall have its head office.

NOTIFICATIONS

New Delhi, the 27th February 1984S.O. 122(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976) the Central Government, on being reques- ted so to do by Bank of Baroda establishes, with effect from the 28-2-1984 a Regional Rural Bank in the State of Gujarat 1485 GI/83 (1)

S.O. 124 (E).—In pursuance of sub-clauso (iii) of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bant of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934) the Central Government hereby notifies, for ihe purpose of said sub-clause, Surat- Bharuch Gramin Bank, Kranch being an institution establish- ed under sub-ssction (1) of Section 3 of the Regional Rural Bunk Act, 1976 (21 of I97i>).

Patel as Chairman of the Surat-Bharuch Gramin Bank, Broach and specifies the period commencing on the 28-2-1984 and ending with the 28-2-1987 us thc period for which the said Shri M. S. Pni'et shall hold office as such chairman,

S.O, J26(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of Section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act', 1934 (2 of 1934), the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs the inclusion in th© Second Schedule to the said Act of the fo'lowing bank namely :—•

"Surat-Bharuch Gramin Bank, Broach (Gujarat)".
