का०ग्रा० 132 ( भ )/ 18 कक/ आई ० डी० प्रार ० ए०/ 84: भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( श्रौद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश सं० का०आ० 84 ( प्र ) / 18 कक/भाई डी धार ए / 78 , तारीख 9 फरवरी 1978 द्वारा (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त श्रवेश कहा गया है ) , मैसर्स मालाबार स्पिनिगं एण्ड वीबिंग मिल्स लिमिटेड, कालीकट , केरल नामक सम्पूर्ण श्रौद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबन्ध, उद्योग ( विकास भौर विनियमन ) , अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 18कफ की उपधारा (1) के खण्ड ( ख) के अधीन 8 फरवरी , 1983 तक फी, जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है, पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए ग्रहण किया गया था और केरल स्टेट टेक्सटाइल कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड को उक्त प्रौद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबन्ध ग्रहण करने के लिए प्राधिकृत किया गया था;
भौर भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( श्रौद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के प्रादेश सं ० का०भा० 98 (प) / 18 रुक आई० डी० आर ० ए, 83 , तारीच 8 फरवरी , 1983 द्वारा , उक्त घादेश की अवधि को 8 अगस्त, 1983 तक की, जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , छह मास की और अवधि के लिए बढ़ाया गया था ;
भोर भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( श्रौद्योगिक विकास विभाग) के प्रवेश सं ० का० प्रा० 553 (घ) / 18रुक/भाई की भार ए /83, तारीख 4 अगस्त, 1983 द्वारा , उक्त आदेश की अवधि को, 28 फरवरी, 1984 तक की, जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है, भीर अवधि के लिए रकया गया था ;

और केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि लोकहित में यह समीचीन है कि उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम 28 अगस्त, 1984 तक की, जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलिति है , छह मास की और अवधि के लिए केरल स्टेट टेक्सटाइल कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड के प्रबन्ध के अधीन बना रहे ;
अतः, अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधि- नियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 18 कक की उपधारा ( 2) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह निवेश देती है कि उक्त भादेश 28 अगस्त , 1984 तक की, जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है, छह मास की और अवधि के लिए प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

S.O. 132 (E) 18AA IDRA 84.- Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry ofIndustry (Departinent of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 84 (E) | 13AA IDRA 78 , dated the 9th February, 1978 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order) , the management of the whole of the In- dustrial Undertaking known as Messrs Malabar Spinning and Weaving Mills Limited, Calicut . Kerala was taken over under clause (b) of sub- section ( 1 ) of section 18AA of the Industries (De- velopment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of

1951 ) , for a period of five years upto and inclusive of the 8th February , 1983 , and the Kerala State Textile Corporation Limited was authorised to take over the management of the said industrial under- taking;
And , whereas , by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 98 (E) 18AA IDRA 83 , dated the 8th February , 1983 , the period of six months upto and inclusive of the 8th August , 1983;
And, whereas , by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 553 (E) 18AA IDRA/ 83 , dated the 4th August , 1983 , the period of the said Order was extended upto and inclusive of the 28th February , 1984 ;
And, whereas , the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said industrial undertaking should conti- nue under the management of the Kerala State Textile Corporation Limited for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 28th August, 1984;
Now, therefore. in exercise of the powers confer- red by sub - section (2) of section 18AA of the In- dustries (Development and Regulation ) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 28th August , 1984 .

और, भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( श्रौद्योगिक विकास विभाग) के आवेश सं ० का ० आ० 88 ( प्र) / 18कक/भाई० डी० आर ० ए० /83 , तारीख 4 फरवरी , 1983 द्वारा , उक्त भ्रादेश की अवधि को 5 अगस्त , 1983 तक की जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , छह मास की और अवधि के लिए बढ़ाया गया था ;
और भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( प्रौद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के द्यावेस सं० का० श्र० 554( अ) / 18 कक/ आई ० डी०भार ० ए०/ 83, तारीख 4 अगस्त, 1983 द्वारा , उक्त आदेश की अवधि को 28 फरवरी 1984, तक की, जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है, अवधि के लिए बढ़ाया गया था

और केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि लोकहित में यह समीचीन है कि उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम 28 अगस्त, 1984 तक की जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , छह मास की भौर अवधि के लिए केरल स्टेट टेक्सटाइल कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड के प्रबन्ध के अधीन बना रहे ;
अतः , अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार, उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन) अधि- नियम, 1951 ( 1951 का ७5) की धारा 18 कक की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह निदेश देती है कि उक्त आदेश 28 अगस्त, 1984 तक की, जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मि लित है , छह मास की और अवधि के लिए प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry ofIndustry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 70 (E) 18AA ILRA 78 , dated the 6th February , 1978 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order) , the management of the whole of the In- dustrial Undetaking known as Messrs Kottayam Textiles Limited , Kottayam, Kerala , was taken over under clause (b ) of sub - section ( 1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regula- tion) Act, 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , for a period of five years upto and inclusive of 5th February , 1983 and the Kerala State Textile Corporation Limited was authorised to take over the management of the sid industrial undertaking ;
And , whereas , by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Developrient ) No. SO . 88 (E ) 18AA IDRA 83 , dated the 4th February , 1983 , the period of the said Order was extended for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 5th August, 1983 ;
And , whereas , by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 554 (E) 18AA IDRA 83 , dated 4th August , 1983 , the period of the said Order was extended for a further period upto and inclusive of the 28th February , 1984 ;
And, whereas the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said industrial undertaking should conti- nue under the management of the Kerala State Textile Corporation Limited for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of 28th August, 1984;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers con . ferred by sub - section (2) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 195 ! ) , the Central Government directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period of six months upto and inclu- sive of the 28th August , 1984 .

भौर, भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( भौद्योगिक विकास विभाग) के आवेश सं ० का ० प्रा० 97 (प्र)/ 18कक/ आई ० डी० आर ० ए०/83, तारीख 8 फरवरी , 1983 द्वारा उक्त आदेश की अवधि को 8 अगस्त, 1983 तक की, जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , छह मास की और अवधि के लिए बढ़ाया गया था;
भौर भारत सरकार उद्योग मंत्रालय ( प्रौद्योगिक विकास विभाग) के आदेश सं० का० भा० 555 (थ) / 18कक/ आई ० डी० आर ० ए० / ४३, तारीख 4 अगस्त, 1983 द्वारा उक्त आदेश की अवधि की 28 फरवरी , 1984 तक की, जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है, मौर अवधि के लिए बढ़ाया गया था;

And, whereas , by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. SO. 97 ( E) 18AA IDRA 83 , dated the 8th February , 1983 , the period of the said Order was extended for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 8th August, 1983;
And, whereas , by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 555 (E) 18AA IDRA 83 , dated the 4th August, 1983 , the period of the said Order was extended for a further period upto and inclusive of the 28th February , 1984;
