S.O. 136(E).—In pursuance of the notilication of the' Gov- ernment of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. S.O. 529(E) dated 22nd July 1983, the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of March 1984 as the date on which the Younc Persons (Harmful Publications) Act, 1956 (93 of 1956) shall come into force in the State of Sikkiin.
