S.R.O. 26(E).—In pursuance of sub-section (3) of sectionS.R.O. 25(E)—In exercise of the powers confened by sub- section (1) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (2 of 1924), the Central Government, being satisfied that for the administration of the Cantonment, it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Cantonment Board, Pune. hereby makes a declaration to that effect and further directs that the constitu- tion of the said Board shall stand varied for a period of six months with effect from the 29th February 1984 or till a Board is constituted under section 13 of the said Act, whichever is earlier, 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (2 of 1924), read with the noti- fication of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence No. S.R.O. 25—E dated the 29th February 1984, published in the Government of India, Extraordinary Gazette, Part II Sec- tion 4 Dated the 29th February 1984, the Central Govern- ment hereby notifies that the following two persons have been nominated to be the members of the Cantonment Board, Pune with effect from 29th February 1984 :— [F No. 29/49/C/L&C/76/l209 -C/D(Q&C)] 1501 GI/83 (1)

2. Sh. Arjun N. Khurpe noninitod under clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 14.

S.R.O. 27(E)—In cxereiw of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (2 of 1924), the Central Government, being satisfied that for the administration of the Cantonment, it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Cantonment Board, Nainital makes a de- claration to that e'.Ta^t and furt.-nr directs that the constitution of tlio said Board sh/ill stand varied for a period of six months with effect from the 29th February, 1984 or till a Board is con- stituted under section 13 of the ilid Ac(, whichever is tjarlier.

1. Lt. Oil. H.P. Singh nominated under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 14.

2, Sh. Bishwambhar Nath nominated under clauic (c) Shaw of sub-section (2) of section 14.
