NOTIFICATION
No. ADM|LAW|ST|84.—In exercise of the powers confer- red by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Dadra and Nagar Huveii Sales Tax Regulation 19 78, the Administrator of Dadra nnd Nagar Haveli hereby appoints the Ist day of April, 1984 as the date from which the dealers shall be liable to pay tax under the said Regulation on all sales of goods not specified in any Schedule, effected on and after the said date.
