NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 1st March, 1984

NO. 74/84-CUSTOMSS.O. 142(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the port of Tadri in the State of Karnataka to be a customs port for the purpose of import of ships for breaking. 'l(i) For unloading of fertiliser, foodgrains and rock phosphate, and loading of iron and Manganese ore, fish products, industrial materials, explosives and timber,

(ii) Import of ships for breaking.]".
