ORDER

New Delhi, th; 1st March, 1984.

S.O. 146(E).-—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18-G and 25 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Cement Control Order, 1967, namely :—

1. This Order may be called the Cement Control (Amendment) Order,

1984.

2. It shall come into force with immediate effect.

2, In the Cement Control Order, 1967, in paragraph 9, sub-paragraph (2)

shall be omitted
