New Delhi, the 5th March, 1984
S.0.14S.(E). Whereas the land building etc. mentioned herein in the schedule below arc required for the purpose of Construction
of Metro Railway and other works connected therewith in the City of Calcutta.
And whereas the Central Government Is satisfied that the land building otc. referred to in Ihs sdiaiule b ib v are required for a public
purpose.
The Central Government do therefore hereby declare their intention to acquire the land building etc. referrod to in the scheduU below in tenra of the poweca conferred on them under Section 7(i) of the Metro Railways (Construction of works) Act 1978 {Act 33 of 1978).
Any penon interested in the land building etc. referred to in the schedule below may within twenty one days from the date of publi-
cation of this notification, put of objection^ if any beforo the Competent Authority as proscribed under Section 9(i) of the Aet.
