NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th March, 1984
S.O. 149(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 7 of the Inchek Tyres Limited and National Rubber Manufacturers Limited (Nationalisation) Ordinance, 1984 (4 of 1984), the Central Government hereby declares that the undertakings of the Inchek Tyres Limited and National Rubber Manufacturers Limited which have been directed, under sub- section (1) of section 6 of the said Ordinance to vest in an exist- ing Government company namely, Andrew Yule and Company, Calcutta, be transferred to and vest in a new Government company, namely, Tyre Corporation of India Limited, Calcutta from the 5th day of March, 1984.
