ORDER
New Delhi, the 24th February, 1984
S.O. 150(E).—Whereas a vacancy has occurred in the office of the Presiding Officer of the National Industrial Tribunal, Bombay constituted by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour No. S.O. 543(E) dated 21-9-1979 published at pages 955 to 956 of Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary dated 25th September, 1979 and No. S.O. 113(E) dated 25-2-1980 published in Gazette of India Extraordinary Part II Section 3 (ii) dated 25-2-1980;
Now, therefore, in pursuance of the provisions of Section 8 of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri R. D. Tulpule as the Presiding Officer of the said National Industrial Tribunal, Bombay.
