NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th March, 1984
S.O. 151(K).-—The Central Government, having considered ill consultation with the Forward Markets Commissions, the application for renewal of recognition made under section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulationi Act, 19 72 (74 of 1952), by the Aiitlhra Pradesh Cotton Association, Ciuntur, and being saiislied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also is the public interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the said Act, recognition to the said Association for a further period of three years ending the 6th March, 1987, in respect of forward contracts in cotton.
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Association shall comply with such directions as may, from time to time, be given by the Forward Markets Com- mission.
