सा०ओ ० 155 (अ):- राष्ट्रपति , लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43) की धारा 12 के अनुसरण में , नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तम्भ 1 में विनिविष्ट प्रत्येक राज्य की विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों से उक्त अधिनियम और उसके अधीन बगाए गए नियमों और प्रवेशों के उपबन्धों के अनुसार , राज्य सभा के ऐसे सवस्यों के स्थान भरने के लिये, जो

S.O. 155 (E ) .In pursuance of section 12 of the Representation of the people Act , 1951 ( 43 of 1951 ) , the President is pleased to call upon the elected members of the Legislative Assembly of each State specifled in Column 1 of the Table below , to elect , in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and the rules and orders nade hetreunder , the number of members specified against each State in Column [भाग II - खंड 3। ( ii)[ भारतका राजपत्र असाधारण 3
2 of the said Table , for filling the seats of such of the members of the Council of States as would be retiring on the 9th April , 1984 , on the expiration of their term ofoffice .
