का०मा० 156 (अ ) राष्ट्रपति , लोक प्रतिनिधित्व प्रधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 12 के अनुसरण में , नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ 1 में विनिर्दिष्ट विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों से या , यथास्थिति, प्रत्येक राज्य या सम्यद्ध संघ राज्यक्षेत्र के निर्वाचकगण के मदस्यों से , उक्त अधिनियम और उसके अधीन बनाये गये नियमों और आदेशों के उपबंधो के अनुसार , गज्य सभा के ऐसे सदस्यों के स्थान भरने के लिये जो अपनी पदावधि के श्रवसान

In pursuance of section 12 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the President is pleased to call upon the elected members of the Legislative Assembly or , as the case may be , the members of the electoral college , of each State or the Union Territory concerned , specified in Column 1 of the Table below , to elect , in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and the rules and orders made thereunder , the number of members specified against each such State or Union Territory i n Column 2 of the said Table , for filling the 3
