S.O. 159(E).—In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce (Department of Textiles) No. S.O. 952 (E), dated the 31st December, 1983, published b the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part-II—Section 3-Sub-scction (ii), dated the 31st December, 1983, at pages 2 and 3.

At page 2, in lines 3 and 4, for "with effect from the 1st day of January, 1984", read "with effect from the date of commence- inent of the said Act".
