NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 15th March, 1984

G.S.K. 216(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- clause (iij of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Trans- port (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 25(£), dated the 11th January, 1984, namely :—

Tn the Table below the said notification,- •

(a) after Serial Number 8 and the entries relating thereto, the following Serial Number and entries shall be in- serted, namely :—

iv9. Shipping Agents Shippers 1"

Association, Mornrugao.

(b) against the word "Total", in column (1), for the figure "8", the figure "9" shall be substituted.
