S.O. 164(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Sub-section (3) of Section 54 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby specifies the Indian Container Depot at Pragati Maiclan for the purpose of the said clause.
