S.O. 172(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 7 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 (5 of 1970), the Central Government hereby specifies that with immediate effect, the head ofh'ce of the Dena Bank shall be at Maker Towers 'E', Cuffe Parade, Bombay-400005.
