S.O. 174(E).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by clause (2) of article 77 of the Constitu- tion, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958 namely :—•

1. (1) These rules may be called the Authenti- cation (Orders and Other Instruments) Fiflh'amendment Rules, 1983.

(2) They shall come into froce on the date of tiheir publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In rule 2 of the Authentication (Orders and Other Instruments) Rules, 1958, in clauses (27) after the words and brackets 'Adviser (Stan- dardisation Testing and Quality Control)' the words and brackets "or the Deputy Director (Administration)'" shall be inserted
