का०आ० 175 (अ):-केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि कावेरी शुगर एण्ड कैमिकल्स लिमिटेड, कावेरी फैक्टरी जो तमिलनाडु राज्य के तिरुचिरापल्ली जिले में पेट्टाईवेंटाल्लई में चीनी का विनिर्माण कर रही है और जो अधिसूचित चीनी उपक्रम है, के संबंध में चीनी उद्योग के उत्पादन की माला में कमी न होने देने की दृष्टि से सर्वसाधारण के हित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है ;

अतः , केन्द्रीय सरकार, चीनी उपक्रम (प्रभन्ध ग्रहण ) अधिनियस , 1978 ( 1978का 49 ) की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के साथ पड़ित उपधारा ( 1 ) के खंड (ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के खाद्य और नागरिक पूर्ति मंत्रालय ( खाद्य विभाग ) की अधिसूवना सं ० का ० आ० 190 (अ ) , तारं ख 22 मार्च, 1983 के क्रम में यह घोषित करती है कि 28 मार्च , 1980 के ठीक पूर्व प्रवृत्त ऐमी सभी संविदाओं, सम्पत्ति हस्तान्तरण -पत्रों, करारों, व्यबस्थापनों, पंचाटों, स्थायी आदेशों या अन्य लिखतों ( उनने भिन्न जो बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थाओं के प्रत्याभूत दायित्वों से संबंधित है ) व प्रादभून या उदभूत होने वाली सभी बाध्यताओं और दायित्वों का, जिनका उक्त चीनी उपक्रम या उक्त चीनी उपक्रम का स्वामी एक पक्षकार है या जो जीनी उपक्रम या ऐसे व्यक्ति को लागू किए जा सकते हैं. प्रवनन 28 मार्च , 1984 से 6 फरवरी , 1985 तक की और अवधि के त्रिए निलम्बित रहेगा ।

S.O. 175 (E) . Whereas the Central Government is satisfied that in relation to the Cauvery Sugar and Chemicals Limited , Cauvery Factory , manu- facturing sugar at Pettaivaytalai in the district of Tiruchirapalli in the State of Tamil Nadu , being the notified sugar undertaking, it is necessary so to do in the interests of the general public with a view to preventing the fall in the volume of production of the sugar industry;

which may be applicable to the said sugar under- taking or that person, shall remain suspended for a further period from the 28th March , 1984 to the 1st December , 1984 .

का० आ० 177 ( अ): -केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि जीजामाता सह‌कारी शक्कर कारखाना लिमिटेड, जो महाराष्ट्र राज्य के बल्ढाना जिले में शंकर नगर में चीनी का विनिर्माण कर रही है और जो अधिसूचित चीनी उपक्रम है , के संबंध में चीमी उद्योग के उत्पादन की मात्रा में कमी न होने देने की दृष्टि से सर्वसाधारण के हित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है:

का ०आ० 176 (अ)-केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि अयोध्या शुगर मिल्स , जो उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के मुरादाबाद जिले में राजा का सहसपुर में चीनी का विनिर्माण कर रही है और जो अधि सूचित चीनी उपक्रम है, के संबंध में चीनी उद्योग के उत्त्पावन की मात्रा में कमी न होने देने की दृष्टि से सर्वसाधारण के हित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है ;

अतः, केम्द्रीय सरकार, चीनी उपक्रम ( प्रबन्ध ग्रहण ) अधिनियम , 1978 (1978 का 49) की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित उपधारा (1) के खंड ( ख) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सर- कार के खाद्य और नागरिक पूर्ति मंत्रालय ( आद्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं० का० आ० 192( अ ) , तारीख 22 मार्च, 1983 के क्रम में यह घोषित करती है कि 28 मार्च, 1980 के ठीक पूर्व प्रवृत्त ऐसी सभी संविदाओं, सम्पत्ति हस्तान्सतरण पत्रों, करारों , व्यवस्थापमों, पंचाटों, स्थायी आदेशों या अन्य लिखतों ( उनसे भिन्न जो बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थाओं के प्रत्याभूत वायित्वों से संबंधित है ) से प्रोदभूत या उदभूत होने वाली सभी बाध्यताओं और दायित्वों का, जिनका उक्त पीसी उपक्रम या उक्त चीनी उपक्रम का स्वामी एक पक्षकार है या जो चीनी उपक्रम या ऐसे व्यक्ति को लागू किए जा सकते है, प्रवर्तन 28 मार्च, 1984 से 12 दिसम्बर, 1984 तक की अवधि के लिए निलम्बित रहेगा ।

[सं० 13/ 1/84-एन एस मू ( सी) ] अतः , केन्द्रीय सरकार , चीमी उपक्रम ( प्रबन्ध भ्रहण ) अधिनियम, 1978 ( 1978 का 49 ) की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ब ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के खाथ और नागरिक पूति मंत्रालय ( खाद्य विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं ० का ०आ० 191 ( अ ) , तारीख 22 मार्च, 1983 के क्रम में यह घोषित करती है कि 28 मार्च, 1980 के ठीक पूर्व प्रवृत्त ऐसी सभी मंविदाओं, सम्पत्ति हस्तान्तरण पक्षों, करारों, व्यवस्थापन्नों , पंचाटों, स्थायी आवेशों या अभ्य लिखतों ( उनसे भिन्न जो बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थाओं के प्रत्याभूत वायित्वों से संबंधित है ) से प्रोवभूत या उदभूत होने वाली सभी बाध्यताओं और वायित्वों का, जिसका उक्त चीनी उपक्रम का स्वामी एक पक्षकार है या जो चीनी उपक्रम या ऐसे व्यक्ति को लागू किए जा सकते हैं , प्रवर्तन 28 मार्च , 1984 से 1 दिसम्बर , 1984 तक की और अवधि के लिए निलम्बित रहेगा ।

S.O. 177 (E) .- Whereas the Central Government is satisfied that in relation to the Jijamata Sahkari Sakhar Karkhana Limited , Manufacting sugar at Shankarnagar in the district of Buldana in the State of Maharashtra , being the notified sugar undertaking , it is necessary so to do in the in- terests of the general public with a view to pre- venting the fall in the volume of production of the sugar industry ;

S.O. 176 (E ) . Whereas the Central Government is satisfied that in relation to the Ajudhia Sugar Mills , manufacturing sugar at Raja-ka- Sahaspur in the district of Muradabad in the State of Uttar Pradesh , being the notified sugar undertaking , it is necessary so to do in the interests of the general public with a view to preventing the fall in the volume of production of the sugar industry;

Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers con- ferred by clause (b ) of sub-section (1 ) , read with sub- section (2) , of section 7 of the Sugar Under- takings (Taking Over of Management) Act , 1978 (49 of 1978) , and in continuation of the notifica- tion of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Civil Supplics (Department of Food) N. S.O. 192 (E) dated the 22nd March , 1983 , the Central Government hereby declares that the ope- ration of all obligations and liabilities accruing or arising out of all contracts , assurances of property, agreements , settlements , awards , standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the 28th March , 1980 (other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial instituti- tions ) to which the said sugar undertaking or the person owning the said sugar undertaking is a party, or which may be applicable to the said sugar undertaking or that person , shall remain suspend- ed for a further period from the 28th March , 1984 to 12th December , 1984.

Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers con- ferred by clause (b) of sub- section (1 ) , read with sub-section (2) , of section 7 of the Sugar Under- takings ( Taking Over of Management) Act , 1978 (49 of 1978 ) , and in continuation of the notifica- tion of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Civil Supplies (Department of Food) No S.O. 191 (E) dated the 22nd March , 1983 , the Central Government hereby declares that the ope- ration of all obligations and liabilities accruing or arising out of all contracts , assurances of property, agreements , settlements , awards , standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the 28th March , 1980 (other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions to which the said sugar undertaking or the person owning the said sugar undertaking is a party, or

का०आ० 178 ( अ ).:-केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि राय बहादुर नारायण सिंह शुगर मिल्स लिमिटेड, जो उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के सहारनपुर जिले में लक्सर में चीनी का बिनिर्माण कर रही है और जो अधिसूचित धीनी उपक्रम है , के संबंध में चीनी उद्योग के उत्पादन की मात्रा में कमी न ष्ट्रोने देंन की दृष्टि से सर्वसाधारण के हित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है ।

अनः केन्द्रीय सरकार, बोनी उपक्रम ( प्रबन्ध ग्रहण ) अधिनियम, 1978 (1978 का 49 ) की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 1) के मखण्ड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और भारत सरकार के खाद्य और नागरिक पूर्ति मंत्रालय , (खाद्य विभाग ) की अधि सूचना सं ० का० आ० 194 (अ) , तारीख 22 मार्च, 1983 के क्रम में यह घोषित करती है कि 22 मार्च, 1980 के ठीक पूर्व प्रवृत्त ऐसी सभी संविदाओं, सम्पत्ति, हस्तान्तरण पत्रों, करारों, व्यवस्थापनों पचाटों, स्थायी आदेशों या अन्य लिखतों से प्रोष्भूत था उदभूत होने वाली सभी बाध्यताओं और वायित्वों का, जिनका उक्त बीनी उपक्रम या उक्त चीनी उपक्रम का स्वामी एक पक्षकार है या जो बीनी उपक्रम या ऐसे व्यक्ति को लागू किए जा सकते है , प्रवर्तन 28 मार्च, 1984 से 26 दिसम्बर , 1984 तक की और अवधि के लिए निलम्बित रहेगा ।

[सं० 13/ 1/ 84-एम एम यू-ई] अतः , केन्द्रीय सरकार, चीनी उपक्रम ( प्रबन्ध ग्रहण ) अधिनियम, 1978 ( 1978 का 49 ) की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के साथ पंठित उपधारा ( 1 ) के खंड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के ब्राथ और नागरिक पूति मंत्रालय (खाद्य विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं ० का०आ० 193 ( अ ) , तारीख 22 मार्च , 1983 के क्रम में यह घोषित करती है कि 28 मार्च , 1980 के ठीक पूर्व प्रवृत ऐसी सभी संविदाओं सम्पत्ति हस्तान्तरिण पत्नों, करारों, व्यवस्थापनों, पंचाटों, स्थायी आदेशों या अन्य लिखतों ( उनसे भिन्न जो बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थाओं के प्रत्याभूत दायित्वों से संबंधित है ) से प्रोद्भूत या उ‌द्भूत होने वाली सभी बाध्यताओं और दायित्वों का, जिनका उक्त थीनी उपक्रम मा उक्त चीनी उपक्रम का स्वामी एक पक्षकार है या जो श्रीनी उप कर या ऐसे व्यक्ति को लागू किए जा सकते हैं, प्रवर्तन 28 मार्च , 1984 से 1 फरवरी , 1985 तक की और अवधि के लिए निलम्बित रहेगा ।

S.O. 179 (E) .-Whereas the Central Govern- ment is satisfied that in relation to the Shree Sitaram Sugar Company Limited, manufacturing sugar at Bhaitalpur inin the disrict of Deoria in the State of Uttar Pradesh being the notified sugar undertak- ing, it is necessary so to do in the interests of the general public with a view to preventing the fall in the volume of production of the sugar industry;

Whereas the Central Government is satisfied that in relation to the Rai Bahadur Narain Singh Sugar Mills Limited, manufacturing sugar at Lasksar in the district of Saharnpur in the State of Uttar Pradesh being the notified sugar undertaking , it is necessary so to do in the inte- rests of the general public with a view to prevent- ing the fall in the volume of production of the sugar industry ;

Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers con- ferred by clause (b) of sub- section ( 1 ) , read with sub- section (2), of section 7 of the Sugar Under- takings (Taking Over of Management) Act , 1978 (49 of 1978 ) , and in continuation of the notifica- tion of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Civil Supplies ( Department of Food) No. S.O. 149 (E) dated the 22nd March , 1983 , the Central Government hereby declares that the ope- ration of all obligations and liabilities accruing or arising out of all contracts , assurances of property, agreements , settlements , awards standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the 28th March , 1980 to which the said sugar under- taking or the person owning the said sugar under- taking is a party, or which may be applicable to the said sugar undertaking of that person , shall remain suspended for a further period from the 28th March , 1984 to the 26th December, 1984 .

फा० आ० 180 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि देवरिया श्रीनी मिल्स लिमिटेड , जो उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के देवरिया जिले में वेवरिया में जीनी का विनिर्माण कर रही है और जो अधिसूचित चीनी उपक्रम है के संबंध में चीनी उद्योग के उत्पावन की मात्रा में कभी न होने देने की दृष्टि से सर्वसाधारण के हित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है ;

का०आ० 179 ( अ): -केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि श्री मीताराम शुगर कम्पनी लिमिटेड, जो उत्तर प्रदेण राज्य के देवरियां जिले में बैतालपुर में चीनी का विनिर्माण कर रही है और जो अधिसूचित श्रीनी उपक्रम है, के संबंध में चीनी उद्योग के उत्पावन की

अतः , केन्द्रीय सरकार , चीनी उपक्रम ( प्रबन्ध ग्रहण ) अधिनियम, 1978 ( 1978 के 49) की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के साध पठित उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त. शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , और भारत सरकार के खाद्य और मांगरिक पूर्ति मंत्रालय ( खाद्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं० का० आ० 195( अ ) , तारीख 22 मार्च , 1983 के क्रम में यह घोषित करती है कि 28 मार्च , 1980 के ठीक पूर्व प्रवृत्त 4

ऐसी सभी संविदाओं सम्पत्ति, हस्तान्तरण पत्नों, करारों , व्यवस्थ। पनों, पंचाटों, स्थायी आदेशों या अन्य लिखतों से प्रोद्भूत या उद्भूत होने वाली सभी बाध्यताओं और दायित्वों का, जिनका उक्त चीनी उपक्रम या उक्स चीनी उपक्रम का स्वामीं एक पक्षकार है या जो चीनी उपक्रम या ऐसे व्यक्ति को लागू किए जा सकते हैं, प्रवर्तन 28 मार्च, 1984 से 26 दिसम्बर , 1985 तक की अवधि के लिए निलम्बित रहेगा ।

Whereas the Central Government is satisfied that in relation to the Deoria Sugar Mills Limited, manufacturing sugar at Deoria in the district of Deoria in the State of Uttar Pradesh , being the notified sugar undertaking , it is necessary so to do in the interests of the general public with a view to preventing the fall in the volume of pro- duction of the sugar industry;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers con- ferred by clause (b) of sub- section ( 1) , read with sub- section ( 2 ) , of section 7 of the Sugar Under- takings (Taking Over of Management) Act , 1978 (49 of 1978 ) , and in continuation of the notifica- tion of the Gvernment of India in the Ministry of Food and Civil Supplies , (Department of Food) N. S.O. 195 (E) dated the 22nd March , 1983 , the Central Government hereby declares that the opcra- tion of all obligations and liabilities accruing or arising out of all contracts , assurances of pro- perty, agreements , settlements , awards . standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the 28th March , 1980 to which the said sugar undertaking or the person owning the said sugar undertaking is a party , or which may be applicable to the said sugar undertaking or that person, shall remain suspended for a further period from the 28th March . 1984 to the 26th December , 1984.

का०आ० 181 ( अ):-केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि सेकसरिया चीनी मिल्स लिमिटेड , जो उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के गोंडा जिले में बबेनान में चीनी का विनिर्माण कर रही है और जो अधिसूचित चीनी उपक्रम है, के संबंध में चीनी उद्योग के उत्पादन की मात्रा में कमी न होने देने की दृष्टि से सर्वसाधारण के हित में ऐसा कराना आवश्यक है ;

-अतः केन्द्रीय सरकार चोनी उपक्रम ( प्रवन्ध ग्रहण ) अधिनियम, 1978 ( 1978 का 49 ) की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और भारत सरकार के खाद्य और नागरिक पूनि मंत्रालय , ( खाद्य विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं० का०० 196 ( अ) , तारीख 22 मार्च, 1983 के क्रम में यह घोषित करती है कि 28 मार्च, 1980 के ठीक पूर्व प्रवृत्त ऐनी सभी संविदाओं गम्पत्ति , हस्तान्तरण पत्रों, करारों, व्यवस्थापनों, पंचाटों, स्थायी आदेशों या अन्य लिखतों ( उनसे भिन्न जो बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थाओं के प्रत्याभूत, दायित्वो से संबंधित है) से प्रोद्भुत या उद्‌भूत होने वाली सभी वाध्यनाओं और दागिव्यों का, जिनका उक्न चीनी उपक्रम या उक्त चीनी उपक्रम का स्वामी एक पक्षकार है या जो चीनी उपक्रम या ऐमे व्यक्ति को लाग किए जा सकते हैं, पवर्तन 28 मार्च 1984 से 12 मार्च, 1985 नवः की और अवधि के लिए निलम्बित रहेगा ।

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers con- ferred by clause ( b) of sub -section ( 1 ) , read with sub- section (2 ) , of section 7 of the Sugar Under- takings (Taking Over of Management) Act , 1978 (49 of 1978 ) , and in contnuation of the notifica- tion of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Civil Supplies ( Department of Food) No. S.O. 196 (E) dated the 22nd March, 1983 , the Central Government hereby declares that the operation of all obligations and liabilities accruing or arising out of all contracts , assurances of pro- perty, agreement , settlements , awards standing or- ders or other instruments in force , immediatelybe- fore the 28th March , 1980 ( other than those relat- ing to secured liabilities to banks and financial ins- titutions) to which the said sugar underaking or the person owning the said sugar undertaking is party, or which may be applicable to the said sugar undertaking or that person , shall remain suspend- ed for a further period from the 28th March , 1984 to 21th March 1985 . a

का ०आ० 182 ( अ ):- केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि केशोराय पाटन सहकारी शुगर मिल्स लिमिटेड , जो राजस्थान राज्य में बुन्दी जिले में केशोराय पाटन में चीनी का विनिर्माण कर रही है और जो अधिसूचित चीनी उपक्रम है, के संबंध में चीनी उद्योग के उत्पादन की मात्रा में कमी न होने देने की दृष्टि से सर्वसाधारण के हित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक हैं ;

अतः , केन्द्रीय सरकार , चीनी उपक्रम ( प्रबन्ध ग्रहण ) , अधिनियम, 1978 (1978 का 49) की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित उपधारा (1) के खण्ड ( ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , और भारत सरकार के खाद्य और नागरिक पूति मंत्रालय ( खाद्य विभाग ) की अधि- सूचना सं ० का ०आ० 197 ( अ) , तारीख 22 मार्च , 1983 के क्रम में यह घोषित करती है कि 28 मार्च. 1980 के ठीक पूर्व प्रवृत्त ऐसी सभी संविदाओं , सम्पत्ति , हस्तान्तरण पत्त्रों, करारों , व्यवस्थापनों, पंचाटों, स्थायी आदेशों या अन्य लिखतों ( उनसे भिन्न जो बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थाओं के प्रत्याभूत दायित्वों से संबंधित है ) से प्रोद्भूत या उद्‌भूत्त होने वाली सभी बाध्यताओं और दायित्वों का, जिनका उक्त चीनी उपक्रम या उक्त चीनी उपक्रम का स्वामी एक पक्षकार है या जो चीनी उपक्रम है या ऐसे व्यक्ति को लागू किए जा सकते हैं, प्रवर्तन 28 मार्च, 1984 से 12 दिसम्बर, 1984 तक को और अर्वाध के लिए निलम्बित रहेगा।

sugar at Keshoraipatan in the district of Bundi in the State of Rajasthan, being the notified sugar undertaking, it is necessary so to do in the interests of the general public with a view to preventing the fall in the volume of production of the sugar in- dustry;

ration of all obligations and liabilities accruing or arising out of all contracts , assurances of property, agreements , settlements , awards , standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the 28th March, 1980 (other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial insti- tutions) to which the said sugar undertaking or the person owning the said sugar undertaking is a party, or which may be applicable to the said sugar undertaking or that person , shall remain suspend- ed for a further period from the 28th March , 1984 to the 12th December , 1984 .
