S.O. J83(E).—In exercise of the powets conferred by sub-
sections (.1) and (3) of section 5-D of the Cinematograph Act, .1952 (37 of 1952) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 43 oi the Cinemato- graph (Certification) Rules, 1983, the Central Government hereby constitutes the Film Certification Appellate Tribunal consisting of the following members with immediate effect :—
