सा .. का . नि . 222 ( अ) कन्द्रीय सरकार , खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग नियम , 1957 के नियम 13 और 14 के साथ पठित खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग अधि- नियम , 1956 (1956 का 61) की धारा 10 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निम्नलिखित व्यक्ति को सादी और ग्रामोद्योग बोर्ड के सदस्ट के रूप में न्गम- निर्देशित करती है:-

और यह निदेश देती है कि भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय (औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं . सा . का. नि . 383 (अ) तारीख 11 मई , 1983 और सा. का. नि. 617 (अ) , तारीख 9 अगस्त , 1983 द्वारा यथासंशोधित अधि- सूचना सं . सा . का . नि. 251 (अ) , तारीख 8 मार्च , 1983 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम सं . 13 और उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात-
" 13. श्री रामेश्वर नाथ मिश्र , लखनऊ । "
उपयुक्त सदस्य 7 मार्च , 1986 तक की , जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित हैं , अवधि के लिए पद धारण करेंगे ।

New Delhi , the 23rd March , 1984
G.S.R. 222 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sec- tion 10 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act , 1956 (61 of 1956 ) read with rules 13 and 14 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules , 1957 , the Central Govern- ment hereby nominates Shri Rameshwar Nath Mishra , 3 Law Place , Lucknow, U.P. as member of the Khadi and village In- dustries Board and directs that the following amendment shall be made in the notification of the Government of India in the Minis- try of Industry (Departmeat of Industrial Development ) No. GSR 251 ( E ) , dated the 8th March , 1983 as amended by noti- fication No GSR 383 ( E ) , dated 11th May , 1983 and GSR 617 (E) dated 9th August , 1983 , namely :

In the said notification for Sl . No. 13 and entry relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely :-
" 13. Shri Rameshwar Nath Mishra , Lucknow "
The aforesaid member shail hold oflice for a period upto and inclusive of the 7th March , 1986 .
