NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 23rd March, 1984

S.O. 188(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (i) of section 15 of the Emigration Act, 1983 (31 of 1983) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Labour and Rehabilitation, Department of Labour No. S.O. 944(E), dated the 30th December, 1983, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri R, K. A. Subrahmanya, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Labour and Rehabilitation, Department of Labour, to be the competent authority for a period from the 22nd March, 1984 to the 28th March. 1984.
