Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976) the Central Government, on being requested so to do by Bank of Baroda establishes, with effect from the 24-3-1984 a Regional Rural Bank in the State of Rajasthan under the name of Bhilwara-Ajmer Kshetriya Gramin Bank, which shall operate with- in the local limits of the Districts of Bhilwara and Ajmer in the State of Rajasthan.

S.O. 197(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (iii) of clause (a) of sub section (6) of section 42 t f the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934) the Central Government hereby notifies, for the purpose of the said sub-clause, Bhilwara-Ajiner Kshetriya Gratnin Bank, Bhilwara being an ins- titution established under sub-section (1) of Sec- tion 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, .1976 (21 of 1976).

S.O. 199(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of Section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs the inclusion in the Se- cond Schedule to the said Act of the followinp bank, namely :—

"Bhilwara-Ajmer Kshetriya Gramin Bank

Bhilwara (Rajasthan)."
