G.S.R. 228(E).~—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 25 of '.he Customs A.ct, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public inteiest so to do, hereby makes the following further amend- ment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 197-Custems, dated the 14th October, 1978, namely • —
In paiagraph 2 of the said notification, for the iigurcs, Jetteis and words "31st day of March, 1984", the figures, letters and words "31st day of March, 1985" shall be substituted.
