S.O 215(E).—In pursuance of the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs N->. SO. 529(E) dated the 22nd July, 1983, ill- Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of April, 1984 as the date on which the provisions oi the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 (9 of 1932) shall come into force in the State of Sikkirn, subject to the modification that the word "vernacular" in section 72 thereof, wherever it occurs theiein, shall be omit fed.
