S.O. 216(E).—In pursuance of the Presidential Notification dated the 22nd July, 1983 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section fii) dated the 29th July, 198?- extending to the Stale of Sikkhn the enactments, in- cluding the Collection of Statistic, Act, 1953 (32 of 1953) spe- cified in the Schedule anneteJ thereto, it is hereby notified that the said Act shall come into force in the State of Sikkim on the 15th February, 1984,
